Program Details
Monday-Thursday, 9:00am-2:00pm.
Kindergarten students must be 5 years old by the first day of school.
We include “extras” like class parties, picture day, parent-teacher conferences, and more!
Curriculum
Our curriculum includes English Language Arts, Science, Math, Social Studies, and Bible. We also provide music and art classes. Our curriculum is print-based, so there is limited use of screens.
Accelerated students will have the opportunity to take advanced math, and each student will be challenged according to his or her individual reading level.
When appropriate, students will also be engaged with innovative educational tools such as Accelerated Reader, Prodigy, and Khan Academy to further support such topics as reading and math comprehension/benchmarking.
Enrichment Fridays & Compass Adventures
Throughout the academic year, The Compass Academy will offer servant-oriented activities for students and families to participate in on select Fridays. These events will be coordinated by The Compass Academy. These opportunities are optional, and any associated costs are not included in tuition. Transportation is not provided. A parent is required to attend, and siblings are welcome.
In addition to Enrichment Fridays, we are introducing a new initiative called Compass Adventures, led by parents. This program will enable parents to organize educational and community service events, fostering additional engagement opportunities beyond school-arranged activities.
