Preschool & Pre-K classes are full for 2023/24.
Program Details
-Pre-K: Mondays & Wednesdays, 9:00am-2:00pm (must be age 4 and potty trained by the first day of Pre-K, Monday, August 21)
-Preschool: Tuesdays & Thursdays, 9:00am-2:00pm (must be age 3 and potty trained by the first day of preschool, Tuesday, August 22)
Our Preschool Philosophy
We believe in learning through play! Play-based learning builds confidence, creativity, and a love for school all while learning about a variety of things in an age-appropriate way.
Our goals are:
to promote participation in age-appropriate activities such as unstructured hands-on play (like dramatic play), group storytime, themed activities, and more!
to provide an environment for young children that is safe and nurturing while providing a high-quality education.
for families to feel welcome and to be confident that their child is gaining valuable tools for school success while in our care.
for our children to come out of preschool with a love for school, a passion for Jesus, knowing how to be kind and considerate, and ready to move on to the next step.
Enrichment Fridays & Compass Adventures
Throughout the academic year, The Compass Academy will offer servant-oriented activities for students and families to participate in on select Fridays. These events will be coordinated by The Compass Academy. These opportunities are optional, and any associated costs are not included in tuition. Transportation is not provided. A parent is required to attend, and siblings are welcome.
In addition to Enrichment Fridays, we are introducing a new initiative called Compass Adventures, led by parents. This program will enable parents to organize educational and community service events, fostering additional engagement opportunities beyond school-arranged activities.
